ConnectorAtlas keeps ITT Cannon standard, filtered, hermetic and high-temperature Micro-D evidence in separate technical families. A capability from one family is never transferred to another without published evidence.
Standard MDM / MDM-PCB
Sizes: 9, 15, 21, 25, 31, 37, 51, 69, 100
Pitch: 1.27 mm
Modes: solder pot, wired, straight PCB, right-angle PCB and vertical CBS
Performance: 3 A, -55 to +150 °C, 600 VAC DWV.
Guardrail: the standard 69-way right-angle PCB rule is not published because the catalog directs that case to factory consultation.
Filtered TMDM
Sizes: 9, 15, 21, 25, 31, 37 only
Pitch: 1.27 mm
Mode: panel/flange mounted with wired termination in the current public rule
Performance: 3 A, 300 VAC DWV.
Guardrail: filtered queries for 51 or more contacts do not pass.
Hermetic MDMH
Sizes: 9, 15, 21, 25, 31, 37, 51, 100
Mode: solder-mount receptacle / chassis application with solder-pot contacts
Performance: 150 VAC DWV.
Guardrail: 69 contacts are not exposed for MDMH.
High-temperature F222 / F300
F222: -55 to +200 °C, 9 through 100 contacts including 69, wired/solder-pot/PCB configurations, straight and right-angle options.
F300: -55 to +230 °C continuous, 9 through 69 contacts, wired/solder-pot and rear-panel-mount rules.
Guardrail: F300 has no public PCB rule and 100 contacts do not pass.
